Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking an In-Room Dining Server to provide an outstanding, memorable in-room dining experience for guests at Goldener Hirsch in Park City. You will take and relay orders via the POS, deliver with care, and maintain menus while ensuring clean, safe operation of equipment and spaces.

The role requires at least one year in hospitality or foodservice, the ability to lift 30lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service or the foodservice/hospitality industry.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for food and alcohol service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications.
• Ability to lift 30lbs

Responsibilities

• Take and input orders into the POS system with correct timing and billing.
• Deliver requested items in a timely manner.
• Engage with guests to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Communicate special requests or modifications to the kitchen and maintain menu knowledge.
• Prepare the guest check accurately and process payment.
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment.
• Maintain tidiness of in-room private/mini-bars and storage areas.
• Follow food safety guidelines and uphold a safe working environment.
• Report any damage or malfunctions to equipment.
• Check item quality and expiration and replace as needed.
