Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Thompson Palm Springs, is seeking an In-Room Dining Server to deliver and set up room service orders, assist guests, and maintain a premium guest experience in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (California law to handle alcohol)
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
• Strong desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate weight

Responsibilities

• Stock, set up, and deliver all room service orders and property amenities to guest rooms
• Retrieve trays from guest rooms to maintain a neat and sanitary appearance
• Be knowledgeable of all services and menu items
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen
• Ensure correct posting in POS system for communication to the service and kitchen
