Conrad Orlando is seeking a Part-Time In Room Dining Server to join our luxury hotel team in Orlando. You’ll deliver in-room dining with warmth and personality, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in their suite or meeting space.

Responsibilities include setting up service, taking orders, delivering meals, handling payments, and maintaining health and safety standards across all guest interactions. This role supports our global Hilton standards and your growth in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special.
• Prepare for seamless service: set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery.
• Take guest orders: assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls.
• Deliver with care: retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms.
• Process transactions: present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker.
• Comply with regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well‑being
