Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum six months related experience in a customer service role involving guest interactions by phone or in person.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take guest orders; deliver orders to rooms and set up tables.
• Open and serve wine or champagne to standards; ensure accurate order recording in POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area; manage side work as assigned by management.
• Know and communicate casino events, promotions, and venue offerings to guests.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance standards and provide courteous, prompt service.
