Job summary

RAE Corporation in Oklahoma is seeking an In-Process Quality Assurance Monitor to ensure assembly of NAP equipment adheres to strict quality procedures. The role requires keen attention to detail, adherence to safety rules, and collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills; knowledge of HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Review engineering equipment submittals before and during assembly.
• Ensure manufacturing instructions are followed.
• Inspect equipment daily to identify and address issues.
• Review submittals daily.
• Assist production departments (e.g., panels, wiring, piping, top-out).
• Monitor all equipment assemblies in production (NAP equipment, condensing units, chillers).
• Join teams to improve design and functionality (KATA and Continuous Improvement).
• Collaborate across departments to create in-process QA policies and procedures.
• Attend as outlined in the Employee Handbook or by manager.
• Complete other tasks as directed by management.
• Comply with laws, policies and procedures.
