The employee must be able to understand directions from supervisors and managers and provide accurate information to all departments.**Experience:** At least 2 years in manufacturing.**Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Self-motivated with effective oral and written communication skills. Mechanical and technical aptitude. Alertness and precision in working with tools. Basic computer and math skills. Knowledge of assembly and servicing of refrigeration and HVAC equipment. Ability to communicate diplomatically and positively across various levels of understanding (entry-level to engineering).**Certificates, Licenses, or Training:** High School Diploma or better, Refrigeration certification or degree preferred, and/or on-the-job training.**Interaction with Others:** The In-Process Quality Assurance Monitor reports to the Quality Supervisor and maintains constant communication with other departments, primarily in the final assembly area and engineering.
