Job summary

RAE Corporation in Pryor, Oklahoma is seeking a Process Engineer 1 to help design and develop new production lines, improve efficiency, and document control. This entry-level role is suitable for recent graduates or engineers with up to 5 years of experience.

You will work cross-functionally to optimize manufacturing processes, apply lean methods, and ensure safe, ergonomic production environments while supporting continuous improvement and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required.
• 0–5 years engineering experience; HVACR experience optional.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up production lines and implementing jigs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities using fabrication knowledge.
• Apply lean methods to improve quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate between production groups and document changes.
• Provide technical support and review manufacturability of designs.
• Train personnel on new equipment and safety practices.
• Ensure accurate document control and regulatory compliance.
