Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks an Internal Logistics Manager to oversee material flow, line-side replenishment, and in-plant logistics at the Fort Worth plant. You will supervise supervisors and hourly teams to ensure on-time supply and accurate inventory.

You will drive Lean logistics, kanban, milk-run and layout improvements, manage material-handling equipment, and ensure OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of internal logistics, warehousing or materials experience with 2+ years of people leadership.
• 2+ years of experience managing line-side replenishment and in-plant material flow.
• 2+ years of experience with WMS/ERP transactions and inventory accuracy programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages internal logistics operations: line-side replenishment, material handling and in-plant flow.
• Ensures on-time delivery of materials to production and minimizes line-down risk.
• Leads logistics supervisors and hourly material handlers across shifts.
• Owns inventory accuracy, cycle counts and transaction discipline.
• Drives Lean logistics (kanban, milk-run, pull systems, water-spider) and layout improvements.
• Manages material-handling equipment, staffing plans and labor productivity.
• Ensures safe operation and compliance with OSHA and powered-industrial-truck requirements.
• Supports KPIs and plant goals through measurable process improvements.
• Partners cross-functionally to optimize line feeding and material presentation.
