Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a high-performing team responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping inventory.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations and Quality managers to improve inventory processes, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced facility. Training, performance feedback, and daily reporting are key elements of the job.

Qualifications

• 2 years inventory control experience in warehousing and/or distribution environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties to direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare daily reports including analysis of production and shipping.
• Direct and coordinate physical inventory, including auditing and cycle counts.
• Develop and manage inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Interface with internal and external customers on inventory needs, recalls, and issues.
• Review inventory reports to resolve unused items and recommend actions for excess or damaged stock.
