Job summary

Carrier in Haslet, TX is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Logistics to lead operations across shifts. You will own day-to-day execution, inventory accuracy, and frontline team development in a fast-paced manufacturing logistics environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring on-time material delivery to production, shipping readiness, and safety compliance with OSHA and PIT rules. You will drive Lean routines and improve KPIs like on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years in logistics, warehouse or materials with supervision.
3+ years ERP/WMS experience and material-handling operations.
3+ years OSHA/power forklift safety orientation.

Responsibilities

Leads logistics teams across shifts covering receiving, storage, replenishment and shipping support.
Ensures materials are delivered to production on time and finished goods are staged for shipment.
Owns inventory accuracy, cycle-count execution and transaction discipline.
Manages staffing, scheduling, training and performance for the logistics team.
Drives Lean logistics routines, standard work and 5S in warehouse, continuous improvement and line-side areas.
Ensures compliance with OSHA and powered-industrial-truck safety requirements.
Leads problem-solving on material flow, shortages and process deviations.
Tracks and improves logistics KPIs (on-time delivery to line, inventory accuracy, productivity).
