Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an Internal Logistics Manager for its Fort Worth site. You will lead line-side replenishment, material handling and in-plant flow to keep production supplied on time with accurate inventory.

You’ll manage supervisors and hourly teams across shifts, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure safety and KPI adherence. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in logistics with 2+ years of leadership, plus experience with WMS/ERP systems and multi-shift teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in internal logistics, warehousing or materials handling.
• 2+ years leading multi-shift hourly teams and overseeing replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal logistics including line-side replenishment and in-plant flow.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials to production and accurate inventory.
• Manage supervisors and hourly teams; enforce KPI targets and safety standards.
• Drive Lean logistics initiatives like kanban and milk-run; improve layout.
