Job summary

HeyTutor Inc. partners with a Forest Grove school district to hire tutors for elementary students (K-5) during regular school hours. You will supervise groups, use provided curriculum, and help students catch up on learning gaps while maintaining attendance and progress records.

A clean FBI-DOJ background check is required, with Spanish fluency preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday during school hours, with 4 hours per day and 12 tutors needed.

Qualifications

• AA or higher or current college enrollment required.
• Tutoring experience with kids is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a classroom setting.
• Clear FBI-DOJ background check completed.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise groups of students during tutoring sessions.
• Prepare area to start tutoring sessions.
• Take attendance and document progress.
• Lead sessions using provided curriculum and materials.
• Engage students and foster a positive learning environment.
