Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing your local client base and building long-term relationships.

The role requires strong tax credentials, PTIN, and the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in a front-facing retail setting. California pay ranges are highlighted, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal and state individual 1040 tax return preparation.
• Experience with tax software and retail tax services.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios and planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism and clear, friendly communication.
