Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking RBTs to work in person with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will follow a BCBA-driven plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress.

We offer direct mentorship from a BCBA, flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), and support for RBT certification where needed. Reimbursement for training may be provided in some practices.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required; reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy with kids in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA’s personalized plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Maintain consistent attendance and build trust with families.
