Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities in an in-person setting, offering meaningful daily impact and growth.

You’ll follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to measure progress, with the BCBA mentor available for guidance. We offer $20-$27/hour based on experience and location, with options for full-time or part-time and a path toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or drive to earn one.
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to client homes, schools, and daycares.
• Ability to pass a background check.
