National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking an energetic Membership Sales Representative for face-to-face, community-based outreach. You will engage small business owners, present NFIB’s mission, and invite them to join the national movement advocating on their behalf.

The role offers a structured sales model with performance-based rewards and substantial earning potential, including uncapped commissions and strong training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Follow a proven sales process with coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by growth and high earnings.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
