Job summary

National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to meet with small business owners in person, present NFIB’s value, and enroll them as members in a national movement advocating for entrepreneurs and job creators. This hunter/closer role follows a structured sales model with no post-sale account management.

You’ll earn uncapped commissions with weekly pay, monthly/quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days, plus mileage

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB's proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
