NFIB, the National Federation of Independent Business, is seeking a Membership Sales Representative for face-to-face, community-based outreach. You will engage small business owners, present NFIB’s mission, and close memberships in a single visit while receiving a structured, commission-based compensation plan.

Eligible after 30 days are medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching benefits. Expect performance-based training with strong earning potential and a pathway toward a high-income career

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting.
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence and urgency.
• Build rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
