National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking an energetic Membership Sales Representative for in-person, community-based outreach. You will engage small business owners, present NFIB’s mission, and guide them to enrollment during a single visit, with a clear hunter/closer model and performance-based rewards.

We offer a full benefits package, training pay for up to 13 weeks, weekly commissions, and uncapped earning potential, with average pay reported between $80,000 and $200,000

• Face-to-face, community-based sales role.
• Hunter/closer with a proven sales process.
• Mission-driven with grit, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
