Job summary

Public Partnerships LLC is seeking a Learning Specialist to deliver engaging, learner-centered training for employees in Latham, NY. The role supports both in-person and virtual sessions, working with designers and SMEs to continuously improve content and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of training facilitation experience (including call center training), strong adult-learning knowledge, and proficiency with Articulate and LMS tools. On-site work in Latham, NY is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Education, Business, or related field preferred; substantial experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
• 3+ years’ experience facilitating training events in-person and virtually; 2+ years in training call center roles.
• 2+ years’ experience creating training materials; Articulate experience preferred.
• 1+ year partnering with SMEs on learning projects; strong written communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, learner-centered training programs in-person and virtually.
• Monitor learner engagement and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and operations leaders to improve content.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and LMS resources with the L&D team.
• Adapt delivery for diverse learning styles and needs.
