Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with Windows, Unix/Linux, or Apple operating systems.
• 1+ year of in-person technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Move/Add/Change activities including network modifications and port terminations.
• Set up and ensure operability of systems and hardware prior to field deployment.
• Analyze failed equipment, perform repairs, and test components.
• Repair and replace data connectors on network cables and data drops.
• Install, test, maintain, and repair telephones.
• Data termination/activation in telecom closets and activation of data drops.
• Assist with telecommunications equipment and switching equipment related to processing and transmission.
