Qualifications

• 3+ years of network troubleshooting experience with routers, switches, firewalls, DNS
• 3+ years experience in LAN/WAN management
• Active Security Clearance
• HS Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform MAC activities: physical/logical network modifications
• Install, move, terminate, and patch network connections in offices, closets, and data centers
• Configure switch ports and activation changes as needed
• Respond to ITSM/ServiceNow tickets, communicate with customers, and document actions
• Support network maintenance, break/fix activities, and meet SLA targets
