Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking Desktop Technicians to work on-site at client locations, delivering end-user IT support for hardware and software, imaging, data migrations, and refresh projects.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs and network devices, while collaborating with a team to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in data migrations, imaging, and refreshes.
• 3+ years hardware repair, OS (Windows) and application knowledge, troubleshooting techniques.
• 3+ years setup/configuration of PCs with local accounts and static IPs; 2+ years Linux/UNIX (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS, Fedora).

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
• Install and configure network devices; troubleshoot network printing and scanning devices.
• Perform data termination/activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect.
• Assist in relocation of customer employees; move PCs and activate data drops.
• Troubleshoot network issues with PCs and LAN.
• Set up and configure PCs.
