Job summary

The Utah Transit Authority is seeking an Instructional Design Intern to gain hands-on experience in instructional design, curriculum development, adult learning, e-learning, and workforce training. You will collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts to create training content, activities, assessments, job aids, and resources that support employees across UTA.

This part-time, in-person internship will not exceed 29 hours per week and is expected to last up to

Qualifications

• No experience required; junior or senior in accredited college/university.
• GPA at least 3.0; valid Utah driver license; clean driving record.
• Transcript and two letters of recommendation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist curriculum development and instructional design processes.
• Review and revise training courses and materials.
• Support learning content, activities, and assessments.
• Maintain LMS administration and records support.
• Coordinate with instructors, SMEs, and designers.
