Job summary

Jordan’s is seeking an Instructional Design Intern for Summer 2027 to join our Learning & Development team. You’ll design and enhance training materials, e-learning content, job aids, and development resources for retail and corporate teams.

You will apply adult learning principles, collaborate with subject matter experts, and gain hands-on experience with instructional design and learning technologies. The 10-week paid program starts June 7, 2027, in East Taunton, MA with hybrid opportunities

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, HR, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using learning platforms and content creation tools.
• Proactive, self-motivated learner eager to take on challenges.
