You will collaborate with the Agency Director, HR Manager, and Compliance Manager to ensure processes are completed accurately, confidentially, and on time.

The role emphasizes handling interviews, background checks, document management in Google Drive and HR systems, and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, onboarding, offboarding, and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in QuickBooks with transaction review and reconciliation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and timelines.
