Senior Care Therapy, LLC is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our mission of providing in-person psychotherapy services to seniors in SNFs across MD, NJ, NY, PA, and beyond. The clinician will join a physician-led, supportive team and enjoy autonomy with flexible daytime hours.

We handle billing, credentialing, and administration so you can focus on compassionate clinical care, with resources like PacEHR EMR, CEU reimbursement, and a robust benefits package for full-time

Aufgaben

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline).
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff and families to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in an EHR; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
