Qualifications

• Be at least 25 years old due to company insurance requirements.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check.
• Be comfortable driving company vehicles.
• Experience in dispatching is not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily transportation operations
• Communicate with chauffeurs throughout their shifts
• Assign and adjust trips as needed
• Monitor vehicle locations and schedules
• Review reservations for accuracy
• Help resolve last-minute changes or service issues
• Communicate with customers and internal team members
• Keep accurate notes and records
• Help the operations team wherever needed
