• Assists with calling leads and leasing efforts.
• Assist in communication with residents to schedule, coordinate, or follow-up on work orders.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers through the facilitation and implementation of company-wide customer centric programs and initiatives.
• Actively involved in ensuring first-class property curb appeal for all properties.
• Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing laws.
