Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to every caller or visitor.
• Answer inbound calls for bookings, general questions, cancellations, and concerns.
• Serve as liaison between customers and shops via chat/booking systems.
• Place outbound calls to clients and confirm bookings.
• Use the Booker platform to create and modify appointments.
• De-escalate issues and maintain positive customer relationships.
