Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast paced, customer service centric environment.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems preferred.
• Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client experience from check-in to check-out, upholding Drybar standards.
• Set a positive shop atmosphere and host the day like a party.
• Manage shop flow between clients and staff in a constructive manner.
• Serve as subject matter expert in the reservation system and client profiles.
• Book and rebook appointments, addressing clients by name.
• Troubleshoot reservation issues and optimize appointments to fit business needs.
