Responsibilities include designing a syllabus aligned to TPEs, organizing materials in Google Classroom, weekly candidate communications, and providing actionable feedback on observations.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher is required.
• A California clear teaching credential or equivalent out-of-state license is required.
• Public P-12 teaching experience within the last three years is expected.
• Experience teaching in a post-secondary setting and supporting adult learners.
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive education.

Aufgaben

• Plan and teach an in-person credentialing course for teacher interns.
• Design syllabus aligning outcomes, readings, activities, and assessments with Teacher Performance Expectations (TPEs).
• Organize syllabus, materials, and weekly agendas in Google Classroom; send a welcome letter before start.
• Teach sessions with active methods, post agendas, and provide readings and materials.

Ausbildung

Master’s degree or higher

California clear teaching credential

Equivalent out-of-state teaching license

Experience teaching in a public P-12 environment within the last three years

Experience teaching in a post-secondary setting

Experience and passion for culturally responsive pedagogy
