Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Excel, Office Suite, data analysis, automation systems, PLCs, maintenance operations, AI tools, or business systems.
• Experience with learning management systems and virtual conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for adults and professionals.
• Relevant certifications, degrees, or substantial experience in the subject area.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized, skills-based instruction aligned to client objectives and LDI's learning framework.
• Develop course outlines, plans, and instructional materials for assigned engagements.
• Deliver instruction in person and/or virtually based on client requirements.
• Use project-based, applied, and inquiry-driven teaching methods.
• Collaborate with LDI staff and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
