The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking part-time instructors for the Pathways in Technology Early College High School Program at the Community College of Baltimore County. Applicants should possess a Master’s degree and have experience working with diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Two years of teaching experience required.
• Experience with diverse student populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in the Pathways in Technology Early College High School Program.
• Develop a course syllabus adhering to college policies.
• Monitor student performance regularly and provide feedback.

Skills

Experience working with non-traditional and diverse student populations

Experience using classroom technology and learning management systems

Proficient computer skills and Microsoft applications knowledge

Education

Master’s degree in a social science, arts, humanities, or related field
