Qualifications

• Five years of industry related sales including business development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to conduct formal presentations.
• Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available until 6pm on some weekdays and on some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term loyalty.
• Achieve all goals by implementing effective relationship-building techniques.
• Generate new loan production through outbound calling, business outreach, and community engagement.
• Assist management with coaching and development of team members to ensure sales goals are met.
• Comply with all Federal and State Banking regulations and risk management practices.
