Job summary

NorthKey Community Care in Covington, KY seeks a full-time Customer Support Representative for our behavioral and mental health outpatient office. You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain a courteous, empathetic approach with clients.

This is an in-person role, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, requiring strong communication and multitasking in a friendly professional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer support, receptionist, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with clients and staff.
• Schedule outpatient appointments for providers and verify insurance.
• Collect payments at point of service and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain courteous phone and in-person contact with clients.
• Provide backup support at other office locations as needed.
• Assist with monthly reports and inventory as required.
