NorthKey Community Care is seeking two full-time Revenue Cycle Specialists to provide billing support in an outpatient healthcare setting. The role handles third-party payer submissions and ensures payment for services, with on-site work at 503 Farrell Drive, Covington, KY 41011.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
• At least 2 years of prior medical billing and/or coding experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial payors
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Skills in analyzing billing issues to formulate logical and objective conclusions and/or recommendations for solutions.
• Proficient in the use of computers and business software (in particular Electronic Health Record systems and Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support staff and clients on billing matters politely and professionally.
• Submit billing data to third-party payers and work claims to ensure maximum reimbursement for services provided.
• Perform posting charges and completion of claims to payers in a timely fashion.
• Assist, cooperate, and communicate with staff regarding fiscal matters in the billing department.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

This position will interact with third-party payers to file billing claims for services rendered, as well as assist clients in ensuring payment for services.
