Job summary

Respect Behavior Therapy in Georgia is seeking a dedicated full-time BCBA for an all in-person role. You will oversee ABA therapy programs, conduct FBAs and assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs, delivering hands-on support to families and teams.

This position requires a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, current BCBA certification, and at least one year of ABA experience. Travel to client homes, schools, and community locations is expected, with strong communication and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, in-person caseload.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments in person.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide in-person supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Deliver caregiver training and behavior support directly with families.
• Monitor and review data to make real-time treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation per insurance and BACB requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or community locations within the service area.
