Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services for children with autism. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and provide remote or in-person supervision to RBTs, partnering with families across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona.

You’ll join a team that supports clinical excellence while back-office staff handle administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism.
• Must live within 50 miles of GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
