Job summary

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (required).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of BCBA experience, ideally with children or developmental disabilities.
• Must reside in Georgia or hold Georgia licensure.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to adjust programs based on progress trends.
• Genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments; develop behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust interventions.
• Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs; provide training and fidelity oversight.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, therapists, and educators for coordinated care.
• Complete session notes, progress reports, and documentation per BACB and GA requirements.
