Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. is seeking a BCBA-based clinician to deliver ABA services remotely in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state.

The position involves supervising ABA technicians, conducting assessments, and training caregivers to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Ideal candidates hold BCBA credentials, Georgia LBA eligibility, and BACB supervisor training, with 3+ months of experience.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia limits.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with minimum 3 months of experience.
• Active Georgia LBA or willingness to apply for the Georgia LBA.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Complete the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Access to reliable electronics (Wi-Fi, laptop, phone).
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills; team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services, supervision, and parent training for children with Autism, IDD and caregivers.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments (VB MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS...).
• Design and update behavioral programs to fill learner needs.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress of plans.
• Monitor fidelity of behavioral goals and oversee intervention plans.
