Job summary
US Lawns in Chesapeake, VA seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary contact for service and repair needs. You’ll guide customers through recommended work, communicate with technicians, and ensure all paperwork and safety policies are followed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
- ASE certification is a plus or willingness to obtain certification.
- Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Schedules service for customers in person or by phone.
- Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs.
- Ensures documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
- Follows safety policies and participates in staff training.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
