Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Program Leader in California to guide a group of students in an in-person setting. You will foster a safe, engaging environment and implement the program's core agreements while supporting academic enrichment and positive student behavior.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, district-specific units, and language skills in English; Live Scan and TB test are required. Prior group work experience is preferred, with Spanish bilingual ability a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• District-specific: 48 sem/60 qtr units and/or pass a pre-employment test.
• Ability to speak and write Standard English in a public-school setting.
• Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check).
• Provide negative TB Test dated within the last 3 years.
• At least six months experience working with a group of 10+ students.

Responsabilités

• Lead in-person group of 20–25 students with safe, positive behavior.
• Provide homework assistance and academic enrichment using program materials.
• Support students in making positive behavior choices and communicate needs to staff.
• Assist in day-to-day classroom set-up, snack prep, and cleanup.
• Maintain student safety during activities and sign-in/out procedures.
