Job summary

Think Together is seeking a part-time Program Leader to work in California districts and school sites. You will lead in-person groups of 20-25 students, provide homework help and enrichment, and support safe, engaging environments following our core agreements.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, Live Scan background check, and the ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• District-specific 48 semester/60 quarter units and/or pass a pre-employment test.
• Must pass Live Scan background check.
• Provide negative TB Test dated within the last 3 years.
• Bi-literate in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Advanced Math and English skills (K-8).

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students in-person, maintaining high behavior and safety standards.
• Provide homework assistance and academic enrichment.
• Assist with snack prep, serving and classroom setup/breakdown.
• Maintain communication with Site Program Manager, teachers, school administration and parents as appropriate.
• Arrive punctually and utilize digital learning platforms.

Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

District-specific coursework (48 semester / 60 quarter units) or pre-employment test

TB Test negative within 3 years

Live Scan background check

Bi-literate in Spanish (preferred)

Excellent communication skills

Advanced Math and English skills (K-8)
