Magnet ABA Therapy in Massillon, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide one-on-one therapy, collect progress data, and help implement behavior support plans.

Qualifications

• Experience as Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
