Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida, seeks a Senior Analyst for Bookable Experiences Revenue Management - Projects to drive data-driven revenue strategies across Food & Beverage, Tours & Recreation, and Events. You will partner with technology, finance, and operations to translate business needs into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in business analysis or project management, strong data skills with Power BI and SQL, and experience with

Qualifications

3-5 years of work experience in business analysis, project management, strategy development, revenue management, or a related analytical field
Strong project management skills and ability to organize work across multiple initiatives
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence partners
Ability to quickly understand complex business situations and synthesize key information
Experience translating business needs into project plans or analytical requirements
Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or Smartsheet
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and SQL

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities, evaluate impact of changes to the business, and move initiatives from concept through implementation
Develop and execute revenue management strategies for multiple lines of business
Partner with Technology, Disney Decision Science, Operations, and Finance to deliver data-driven solutions
Build credibility with diverse partners and stakeholders across the org
