Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an OnSite Specialist to provide in-room support for MIS procedures, ensuring optimal performance of Stryker equipment. You will bridge clinical teams, SPD, and service lines to maintain high-quality operating room operations.

Required OR experience and anatomy knowledge, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Roles may involve rotating shifts, travel, and coverage across accounts within the region.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in high-stress environments.
• Willingness to provide coverage on multiple shifts and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing before procedures.
• Adjust camera, monitor and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting.
