You will work closely with teams and state agencies, learn transportation regulations, and contribute to accurate records and high-quality service. No prior transportation compliance experience required; eagerness to learn is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous office/customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle registrations, renewals, ownership transfers, replacement plates, and other credentialing transactions.
• Support Drug & Alcohol, Driver Qualification, and Vehicle Services programs for clients.
• Research and resolve issues related to client transactions and compliance requirements.
• Work with state agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Monitor client accounts and request additional funds when needed for transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential client information.
• Use internal resources, training, and regulatory information to determine the best solution for client requests.
• Develop knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements while helping clients remain compliant.
