Responsibilities

• Recruit elite, high-performing talent at volume.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding ensuring best-in-class experience.
• Drive initiatives to improve Employee Promoter Scores (EPS).
• Oversee payroll accuracy and HR compliance.
