Job summary

Soleo Health in Morrisville, NC seeks a Therapy Care Specialist to support our infusion pharmacy operations. You will coordinate patient care, supervise logistics of dispensing, and work under a pharmacist to ensure timely medication delivery and accurate data capture.

The role requires a NC-licensed Pharmacy Technician, preferred PTCB/NHA, and prior home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience. It is a full-time, in-office position with no weekend shifts and a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

Prior experience in home infusion, compounding and/or specialty pharmacy is required.
Registered/Licensed Pharmacy Technician license for North Carolina is required.
PTCB/NHA Certification preferred.
Experience scheduling patient deliveries for specialty infusion patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as single point of contact for specialty patients and liaison with branch personnel to coordinate medication dispense and delivery.
Under supervision, capture assessment data and schedule new and refill deliveries.
Run daily/weekly pharmacy reports as needed.
Answer phones, transfer calls, monitor faxes and refill queues.
Coordinate authorizations and re-authorizations with billing staff.
